GreenLogic is currently seeking an Account Manager for our Southampton location. Daily Duties: Communication with clients, project managers, sales staff. Scheduling of construction timeline. Invoice/collect payment milestones. Request permit applications & supporting documents. Provide final documentation package to the client.
Job Skills: Ability to prioritize. Excellent verbal & written skills. Ability to multi-task. Organized, Team Player. Attention to detail. Adhere to deadlines. Primary point of contact between GL & Client/Builder. Experience required (similar too):
Construction Business office, Office manager, Permit expeditors, Solar Background (preferred, but not required).
Computer Skills Required: Outlook, Excel, Word, Email
Flexible Office Hours: After training completion (for up to 6 months), working from home
Mondays and Fridays. Flexible time around summer traffic.
Benefits: Vacation/PTO/ Health Insurance/401K. Job Type: Fulltime. Starting Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour. COVID-19 considerations: Social distancing, masks in the office for those not vaccinated, daily cleaning.
