We are an exclusive luxury medical spa located in Manhattan. We are searching for an individual who combines the duties of a front desk receptionist, social media manager, and a blog writer who is professional, detail-oriented, can multitask, and strives for exceptional customer service. Candidates must have relevant experience in the beauty, luxury, spa industry, mass media, high-end customer service, social media advertising, image processing and blog writing.
Job Details:
This is a multi-role position for a highly driven and skilled individual who is passionate about excellent customer care, digital advertising, image processing (Photoshop, Canva, etc), blog writing in any field (emphasis will be on medical aesthetics), where services such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, Body sculpting and Lasers are performed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet, check-in/check-out clients
Handle payments, answer phone calls, emails
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades
Manage appointments, doctor’s schedule
Create engaging writing and video content on social media platforms during downtime utilizing current image processing platforms
Make and edit videos and photos of the procedures performed at the clinic and then process them into engaging before and after transformations
Write various blogs on the topic of medical aesthetics
Follow all office policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and absolute professionalism are mandatory
Ability to be resourceful and resilient in dealing with challenging and difficult patients
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Must have experience or willing to quickly acquire skills in digital content creation, social media management and marketing, and blog writing
Present oneself with a neat and professional appearance
Must live close to the job in NYC area
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, PR, Sociology, Marketing, Psychology Mass Media, Advertising, Writing preferred
Skills:
Excellent sales skills, extravert personality, high energy
Familiarity of the industry booking systems (Vagaro, Ringcentral, Mindbody)
Excellent writing skills for beauty blogs or Instagram posts
Photoshop, Canva, client email apps, MS Office, PowerPoint
Social media/content creation skills for Instagram, TicTok (video/pics)
Experience:
Must have 2 years of experience in beauty, medspa industry, luxury goods sales and be able to create social media content, handle difficult clients and write beauty blogs

Full-time
Monday-Friday
10:00am-6:00pm
Compensation:
Base ($25-30/h) + Sales Commission, earning potential up to 100K
