Title: POS Specialist, Full time job

 

Duties: Welcome customers and ensure purchases are processes efficiently. Rectify customer issues and direct workflow to POS Associates.  Communicate credit standards and achieve credit goals.  Answer questions and attend to customer requests. Process customers’ POS transactions accurately. Manage 2-in-a-line standard and call support.  Acknowledge customers as per Company guidelines.  Seek customer service survey participation and email. Lead by resolving customer issues on POS purchase transactions. Caution management of POS equipment and POS system problems.  Strengthen customer service standards in processing POS transactions.  Ensure presence on floor to support POS Associates.  Inform policy and system changes to POS Associates  

Requirements: Associate’s Degree Minimum in Economics and Management and two years experience required as POS Specialist.
