Old York Cellars is hiring a Hospitality Shift Manager to lead service and
guest experience in our busy winery tasting room and event spaces.

This role is ideal for a strong server, shift lead, or
hospitality supervisor ready to step into a leadership position.

If you enjoy leading a team, engaging with guests, and
working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with wine, food, and events, we
would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead
  servers and support staff during shifts
• Ensure
  excellent guest service and resolve issues
• Manage
  service flow during busy periods
• Assign
  sections and coordinate team responsibilities
• Act as
  Manager on Duty when scheduled
• Support
  wine sales and guest engagement
• Assist
  with events and high-volume weekends

What We’re Looking For

• 2+
  years of hospitality experience
• Weekend
  availability
• Reliable
  transportation to Ringoes, NJ
• Ability
  to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time,
  40 to 45 hours per week
• Wednesday
  through Sunday schedule
• Must
  be available for weekends and peak hospitality times

Compensation and Benefits

• $25+
  per hour earnings (guaranteed minimum)
• Includes
  $17 per hour base plus pooled tips. If tips do not reach $25 per hour, Old
  York Cellars pays the difference.
