Prepare & negotiate substantive restructuring deal documentation. Prepare
court pleadings for chapter 11 cases & adversary proceedings. Defend
motions on behalf of clients at “first day” & contested hearings. Liaise w/ clients, opposing counsel, other
advisors. Liaise w/ Office of the United States Trustee re: in-court
restructuring matters. $390,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv., NY
