Grow Your Skills. Change a Life. Build a Career — Not Just a Job.
Looking for an excellent second job to fill your late afternoon and evening hours? This role works especially well for school employees or anyone looking to grow in the healthcare and ABA field. Learn to use Applied Behavior Analysis — a science-based approach that creates lasting progress for children with autism.
United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Limited daytime cases available, with strong need for after-school, evening, and weekend availability.
If you’ve worked as a Youth Aide, DSP, Teaching Assistant, Paraprofessional, in childcare, or even supporting elderly individuals, you already have valuable transferable skills. We provide the clinical training — you bring the reliability and commitment.
You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism, implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs, and teach communication, social, and daily living skills that make a measurable difference. Most cases take place in clients’ homes Monday through Friday, primarily after school hours, with some weekend needs. We make every effort to align cases with your availability.
